Quotation stage
We don't send out same day generic quotes, we like to do a bit of research first to make sure our quotes are as accurate as possible.
Once we have all the information we need from you, we start work on your quote which, depending on the nature of the itinerary, we should have ready to send within 24-48 hours.
More complicated itineraries involving multiple destinations can take longer, however we'll keep you updated along the way and let you know when you can expect to receive your quote.
Along with the quote we will also send you:
- a draft tour itinerary
- a tour activities and curriculum links document
- a sample risk assessment
We understand that final numbers rarely match the original figures quoted for. We are very flexible with this and will do all we can to ensure the trip runs, whatever the size of your group.
