Staff inspection visits
TCBC's team regularly travel to our destinations to visit suppliers and check the level of the services we are offering our clients
Whilst we officially audit properties and coach companies, TCBC's team is regularly out and about visiting destinations and suppliers at various times of the year.
These visits can either be whilst accompanying a tour, on more formal inspection trips, when carrying out research for future tours or when familiarising team members with our current destinations.
Staff members travelling to our destinations are required to write notes about the places they stayed, where they ate, the places they visited and comment on the guide services they received if applicable.
We use these notes to help with our regular internal supplier reviews. Feedback received from staff on their visits helps us monitor and maintain the high level of service we offer our clients.
