Emergency contact details
We will assist you with any emergency situation and a TCBC staff member is on call 24 hours a day for the duration of your tour
Prior to your departure, you will receive a Tour Contact Sheet which details all the important contact numbers you will need for your tour including:
- Your designated TCBC 24 hour emergency contact
- TCBC's UK office number
- Your local guide/s numbers
- Your accommodation
- Your transportation
- The local embassy
- Local hospital details
From TCBC's side, we will ask you for the number we can reach you at whilst on tour and for the telephone numbers of 2 emergency contacts at your school who are not travelling.
In the event you need to contact us on tour, you should have all the necessary details to hand and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.
