We like to send our staff out to our destinations as often as possible. Don't be surprised if you meet one of our team on tour!
TCBC has an experienced team supporting you. We have years of experience running tours and dealing with unexpected situations. One thing that helps us to understand and deal with situations so well is that, whenever we can, we send our employees on tour.
They are there to ensure the smooth running of our tours, to meet with suppliers and get your real-time feedback. They will make notes about their trip and we use these to improve future tours.
