Booking confirmation
You've made your decision, you want to travel with TCBC!
To confirm your booking with us, we require you to sign our booking form as Group Leader and pay the non-refundable deposits as detailed in your quote.
Final balances are due 70 days before departure.
Upon receipt of your deposits, we will send you an ATOL certificate if your trip includes flights originating from the UK and a confirmation letter, detailing all that's included in your tour.
We will then ask you to complete our name list template as soon as possible and no later than 2 months before departure.
