Support on Tour
This section details all the ways TCBC supports you whilst on tour. It's important to know we're only a phone call away should you need us and we'll be ready to help in any way we can.
We make every effort to ensure you as smooth a tour as possible. However, despite thorough checks and reconfirmations pre-departure, unforeseen circumstances can occur which require support from TCBC whilst you are on tour.
Before travel you will be notified of your TCBC 24 hour designated emergency contact. You will also have a copy of our Emergency Procedures document which outlines the procedures TCBC has in place to deal with an emergency situation on tour.
TCBC staff and local guides are aware of their roles within this system and the actions they need to take depending on the severity of the situation.
This gives you peace of mind to enjoy your tour knowing that our support continues throughout your tour and we are always here to help.
