Crisis management

We regularly remind TCBC staff of our roles and responsibilities in the event of having to deal with a crisis

Crises are fortunately rare within our organisation. However, TCBC staff have been trained for such an incident and so understand their roles and could assume their responsibilities with confidence at any time.

These roles and responsibilities are detailed in TCBC's Crisis Management Plan, which is referred to before every tour is due to depart, along with an up to date list of which role each staff member should assume in the unlikely event of a crisis situation.
