Gathering and analysing feedback is as important as organising a trip itself, and it’s honestly our favourite thing post-trip.
Especially during world-shaking events, it feels right to focus on the positives and once again realise how valuable our relationships with teachers are. Some teachers have been travelling with us since the beginning and some have only recently discovered TCBC. Yet all teachers are equally important and all opinions matter!
It’s always flattering when TCBC is compared favourably to other tour operators, but what is even more important is to be consistently comparing ourselves with who we were yesterday. So that’s the mission that we are on - providing schools with an even better service each year. Your feedback helps us to understand if we are achieving this target.
In our first full year since the pandemic, the challenge has been to ramp up our tours again whilst ensuring we are still providing the same quality service we have always been known for. Given the outstanding amount of superb feedback received, we believe we are firmly on the right track.
