Our tour for Berlin was expertly organised, it met all of our key objectives while also giving us time for the students to embrace the culture and also have fun. The trip was enjoyed by all and we cannot wait to book the same trip again.

TCBC staff were extremely helpful in the planning stage of the visit. I was very impressed with the itinerary which was well suited to the age and interest of the students. TCBC were really helpful in responding promptly to emails and requests. Thank you for organising a great visit! AND I feel that the pupils had a full itinerary, nice accommodation and food. Flights were good. 38 pupils signed up for the trip which suggests parents felt it was good value too. AND Very efficient staff who respond quickly to requests. It is nice to work with a small group of people who clearly communicate well amongst each other.

Berlin was one of the best experiences I have had since becoming a teacher. You simply cannot plan for the lessons students are going to learn. Expectations and objectives were 100% met. After my initial video call with Dan at the beginning of planning and in subsequent email correspondence with other staff members I had every confidence in the company's ability to deliver what we had agreed. I was bowled over by how competent, organised and knowledgeable the company was. Dan meeting us in the DDR Museum on the Sunday we arrived was both unexpected and very much welcomed. It really showed how much we mattered to your company, and we thought it was a lovely personal touch. We enjoyed all aspects of the trip, there was nothing we didn't like.

From the first time I met Ben at TCBC it was clear that he really believed in the service he was offering. I never felt that he was trying to "make a sale", but rather listening to my needs as a teacher and drawing on his experience to suggests ways in which they might be met. Pricing was transparent throughout (no unexpected extras!) and despite overseeing multiple trips and managing the company, Ben was always on hand to offer advice/give reassurance, and I never felt like I was an imposition to him (despite the relative inanity of some of my queries!). I know that Ben has confidence in the work of TCBC as his son was one of the students on the trip! Ruby was also very quick to reply to emails in a friendly and professional way, which I greatly appreciated.

All the stress was taken out of the trip. TCBC took care of everything- a dedicated person to ensure that the itinerary included everything we wanted; a pre-trip call to make sure any last minute questions were answered; all the bookings made on our behalf even down to our public transport tickets! Great hotel and restaurant recommendations and first class tour guides able to pitch the level just right for our group. Couldn't recommend the team at TCBC more highly. Nothing was too much trouble.
