What is a Net Promoter Score?
The answers to this question are used to calculate a Net Promoter Score (NPS) - a widely used way of understanding how satisfied people are and whether they would recommend a service.
Responses are grouped as follows:

- 0–6: An experience that didn’t meet expectations
The final score is worked out by comparing the percentage of teachers who would recommend us with the percentage who wouldn’t (% of Promoters – % of Detractors = NPS).
